She started her career as in-house counsel at a fast-paced tech startup, managing contracts, internal compliance, and regulatory filings. She then moved to a leading Indian corporate law firm, advising startups and global businesses on structuring, IP, employment, data protection, and foreign investment.

Over the years, Deepika has worked with clients across India, the United States, the UK, and Canada—navigating investment rounds, M&A transactions, due diligence, and cross-border legal documentation. Her portfolio spans AI, SaaS, wellness, fashion brands, and international platforms.

Virupakshi began her career as in-house counsel at a fintech startup, handling contracts, privacy policies, investor communications, and regulatory matters. She later joined a leading commercial law firm, advising high-growth businesses in fintech, digital health, e-commerce, and edtech on structuring, compliance, and risk allocation.

As her practice evolved, she began independently advising companies across the UK, Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia—helping them expand, hire, protect their brands, and onboard global clients. Her work spans investment term sheets, SaaS licensing, employment policies, and cross-border business transfers.
