Virupakshi holds a BBA., LL.B. (Hons.) degree and brings a balanced perspective from her tenure at India’s leading law firms and as an in-house counsel for multinational corporations. She is known for her sharp analytical skills, detail-oriented approach, and ability to bridge legal complexities with practical business goals. Her expertise spans contract negotiation, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
Deepika BA., LL.B. (Hons.) began her legal journey with aspirations in public service but soon developed a deep interest in how law empowers innovation and global business. With experience as in-house counsel at a tech startup and later in one of India’s top corporate law firms, she has advised on everything from FEMA compliance and SaaS contracts to IP protection and data privacy for clients across industries such as tech, AI, wellness, and fashion.
